About Gwenmarie White
Gwenmarie White is a video and performance artist with a background in theatre and ballet. She delights in the Kristevan semiotic body, the abject feminine, and jouissance. Her work has been featured on Paper, Hyperallergic, NME, Kerrang!, and Rolling Stone, among others. Gwenmarie holds an M.F.A. in Art from the California Institute of the Arts, and a B.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Oregon. Born, raised, and living in Los Angeles.
